Current Pricing
We have sold all of our beef for 2025, and will not have more available until spring of 2026. We will post an update with pricing once we can figure what our expected costs will be for this coming season.
Lamb pricing is currently $350 each, plus processing. Our processor charges around $100 in addition if you prefer to use them. We can usually do a half-lamb as well, but the processing fees might be more than $50 due to the difficulty of separating the two orders. If you have a preferred processor, we can facilitate pickup or possibly help deliver them to your processor if it is within reason.

We also allow on-site processing for those who like to process their lamb themselves. For this, we can set you up a station and charge a $25 disposal fee.
